Rebecca Clevenger, CPA, MBA, possesses expertise in all areas of financial reporting, cash management, and financial system analysis. Clevenger's distinctive background includes a holding current Certified Public Accountant license, a strong background in real estate accounting experience having worked for the owner of Kansas City's premier retail and office district, a strong and diverse accounting background, and experience working with government agencies.

Tyler's duties include the daily operations of properties located in the Kansas City Market. He has more than 13 years of property management experience including multi-family and commercial.He has earned his Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association. He is also a graduate of the Lyceum program instituted through the Apartment Association of Kansas City.

His services include management, maintenance, inspections, team leading, budgeting, forecasting, negotiations, data analysis, and public relations. Joe has a demonstrated knowledge of OSHA regulations and state as well as local codes.
